DATRON AG develops, produces and sells innovative high-speed milling machines for the machining of future-oriented materials such as aluminum and composite materials, dental milling machines for the efficient machining of all common dental materials in dental labs, high-speed milling tools as well as high-performance dispensing machines for industrial sealing and bonding applications. DATRON offers unique solutions for customers all over the world by means of the latest technology, secured by numerous patents and integrated in a comprehensive service package. DATRON machines are characterized by high quality and efficiency with very low energy consumption, and are used in the electrical engineering, metal, plastics and automotive industries, aviation and dental industries, among others. Our currently active approximately 2,000 machine customers from Germany and abroad work with approximately 5,000 DATRON machine systems. DATRON has been on a profitable growth path for years. In 2019, sales of around EUR 53.8 million and an EBIT of EUR 3.9 million were achieved with 26 trade and service partners worldwide. DATRON currently employs around 280 people. DATRON has received many awards to date: most recently as a TOP JOB 2020 employer, as a Hessen Champion – and also various red dot industrial design awards for ist machine design (most recently DATRON MXCube 2019) and for the (r)evolutionary control software DATRON next (red dot communication award 2016).
